How many photos can we print?
Every photo booth comes with one photo roll, good for 400 photos of 10 x 15 cm or 800 photo strips. For most parties that is plenty, so every guest or group takes a photo home. Lots of guests? With an on-site attendant we can bring extra rolls.
Do we get the photos digitally too?
Yes. After the party you receive all photos in full quality. With the online gallery, included in the Signature package, you also get a private page where guests log in and download their photos.
What do you need on site?
One ordinary 230 V socket and a flat spot indoors. With a backdrop you need a little more space, up to 3 metres wide. For the guest book, set out a small table of about 80 x 60 cm.
When do you deliver and take down?
We deliver and set up before your party starts. We agree on the teardown together, at the end of the party until 11 pm, or the next morning if the venue allows it. Does the venue have to be empty at a set time? Choose the teardown at a fixed time option.
What does delivery beyond 25 km cost?
Within 25 km of Overijse, delivery, setup and teardown are free. Beyond that we charge €0.50 excl. VAT per extra kilometre driven, for every trip there and back. A party 60 km away costs €70 excl. VAT extra.
Can we hire the photo booth for several days?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday together count as one day. Each extra day costs 35% of the photo booth price, also in a package. Design, gallery, guest book and attendant are charged only once. The calculator works it out for you. Longer than 3 days? Ask for a quote.
Can we choose the layout?
With every photo booth we put your names, date or logo on the print and the waiting screen. Want a fully custom design in your branding or theme? It is included in the Signature package, or available as an option. Send your logo in vector format at least 2 weeks before the party.
Does someone need to stay with the photo booth?
No. The photo booth works completely on its own through the touchscreen, and we are reachable by phone during your party. Would you like someone to guide the guests and keep the mood going? Choose the package with attendant or add attendant hours.
How do payment and the deposit work?
On confirmation you pay a 30% advance, and the rest no later than 5 working days before delivery. Private customers pay a deposit of €250. You get it back within 14 calendar days after pickup, once we have checked that everything came back complete and undamaged. If we need to keep part of it, you receive a statement within that period. Businesses pay no deposit. Everything is in our rental terms.
What if we have to cancel?
You can always cancel, in writing. More than 14 days before the party it is free. After that, part of the rental price is due: 25% up to 7 days before, 50% up to 48 hours before, and the full price after that. A paid advance is deducted from that amount. Everything is in our rental terms.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better, especially for Saturdays in wedding season. But short notice is often still possible. Send a request and we will reply within 24 hours.
